Lititz Mutual Insurance Company understands that identity fraud could happen to you. It is a fast growing crime. To help protect you, we are offering Identity Fraud Expense Coverage as an optional coverage for our Homeowner policyholders.

Identity Fraud means to wrongfully use the identification of another person to commit or assist in the commission of a crime. If you add Identity Fraud Expense Coverage to your policy and you discover that your identity has been fraudulently used - all you need to do is call us. We will provide expert assistance to you in the restoration of your identity and reimburse you for the expenses you incur to restore your identity.

Identity Fraud expenses may include:

  • Costs to notarize affidavits or documents

  • Loan application fees
  • Reasonable attorney fees to defend law suits, remove any wrongly entered civil judgements and challenges to the accuracy of credit reports as a result of the identity fraud.
