Declaration Page

This page spells out the person or persons insured, property covered, specific limits of coverage, deductibles, policy period, etc. When you renew your coverage you will receive a new declaration page which becomes a part of your policy.

The jacket or wrapper contains among other things, the name and logo of Lititz Mutual Insurance Company. Like most wrappers, its purpose is to protect the contents of your policy.
