LMIC: Preferred Homeowners

Preferred Homeowners Lititz Mutual's Century VIP Endorsement is a package of extended coverage that can be added to Lititz Mutual homeowner policies of $125,000 ($90,000 if a townhome) or more. The package broadens your protection at a preferred premium, which means its rate is less than what it would cost to purchase each coverage separately.

Guaranteed Dwelling Replacement

You are guaranteed up to 125% of Coverage A to replace/repair your dwelling or other structures on the property at the time of loss without a deduction for depreciation.

Extension of Personal Property Protection

The personal property coverage of your homeowner's policy is automatically increased 20%. In addition, personal property losses will be settled at their replacement cost up to the limits of your policy with out a deduction for depreciation.

Personal Liability Limits

The limit for personal liability coverage is increased by $100,000. Medical payment limits to others is increased $1,000.
