Lititz Museum

An Illustrated Time Line pictures the growth of Lititz from Indian settlements through the incorporation of the present Borough system. The Sutter Room, dedicated to General John Sutter (founder of Sacramento, CA and resident of Lititz during the 1800's), is furnished with items from his home. A showcased Display Area features different exhibits each year presented on loan from local collectors. Genealogy and historical research are made possible in the staff-assisted Library.
The Gardens
A beautifully landscaped setting located to the rear of the Museum buildings features an authentic heritage garden, water garden and a pleasing blend of flora which combine to create a perfect setting for functional use for both receptions and special events.
Gift Shop
A fine selection of handcrafted items in a wide price range is available without Museum admission. The Gift Shop offers numerous limited-edition Lititz commemoratives and is an exclusive area retailer of Foltz Redware Pottery.
